Spencer Howard is an architect, who owns his own business.  While sitting in the gate area in Cleveland for his flight to Las Vegas for some much needed time off, he hears the words that no traveler ever wants to hear, "Flight Delayed".  Tess Albright, another traveler at the same gate, hears the same words.  This particular delayed flight might be a very important delayed flight to more than one person.
