Morgan and Dean work together on several construction projects via phone.  One day they finally meet, and Dean is immediately smitten with her.  They hit it off right away, but they are very hesitant to enter the dating world again, since neither has dated in quite some time.  Morgan and Dean have a wonderful working relationship, but is there a chance of something more?
